Personnel Performance Evaluation Council

The Personnel Performance Evaluation Council, formerly the "1338 Committee", is charged to consult with the Board of Education as to the fairness, effectiveness, credibility and professional quality of the licensed personnel performance evaluation system and its processes and procedures. It is also to conduct a continuous evaluation of such evaluation systems. This council, at a minimum, needs to consist of: one teacher, one administrator, one principal in the District, one parent with a child in the District, and one resident of the District who does not have a child in the District. 

This council is appointed by the Board to meet the statutory requirements found in § 22-9-107, C.R.S.
