Who We Are

In Englewood Schools, we believe that building real relationships opens the door to remarkable results. That's why we get to know our students as learners and as people. Every day, we work in partnership with families to understand each child's gifts and needs, so we can help all students grow and succeed. And with the support of our community, our schools - and our city - are on the rise.

Big Opportunities, Small Schools

Everyone says Englewood is like a small town in the big city, and that’s especially true in our schools. With neighborhood schools and low student-to-teacher ratios, our school communities feel small in the very best way — close and caring, like families. At the same time, our students benefit from access to advanced technology, a wide array of academic and extracurricular opportunities, and teachers who are at the top of their class.

Early Childhood Excellence

Our students' growth as individuals can be experienced throughout our elementary schools. Our state-of-the art preschool center prepares students for success in kindergarten and beyond, where academic growth outshines that of neighboring districts such as Cherry Creek, Denver and Littleton.

Genuine Connections

Englewood Schools fosters genuine connections that help young people develop the confidence, capability and commitment they need to strengthen our community now and in the future.

Personal relationships do more than help kids feel welcome. In Englewood Schools, our teachers truly understand each learner’s unique needs, and go above and beyond to provide the specialized academic and whole-child supports each child needs to thrive.

Well-Rounded Graduates

In middle and high school, students connect their passions with opportunity in so many ways - with a variety of school options and an array of academic and extracurricular opportunities that rivals that of big districts.

Over the past few years, the Englewood community has voted twice to approve funding to rebuild our schools. As of 2020, each and every one of our facilities is newly constructed and technologically advanced, including 1-to-1 devices and state-of-the-art STEAM labs for every pre-kindergarten through 12th grade student.
