When the District hires teachers who have had previous teaching experience, the District will grant one step on the Schedule for each year of such experience. Placement on the salary schedule is determined by years of experience and graduate credits and degrees beyond the Bachelor's degree. Placement on the salary schedule is contingent upon the Negotiated Agreement with the Englewood Educators.
