Diploma Endorsements

The Seal of Biliteracy is a credential awarded by Englewood Schools and the State of Colorado recognizing students who have studied and attained proficiency in two or more languages by high school graduation.  A seal of biliteracy honors the skills students attain, encourages students to pursue biliteracy skills, and can be evidence of skills that are attractive to future employers and college admissions offices.

The STEM Diploma Endorsement serves as a mark of distinction for high school students who demonstrate mastery in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.  It provides industry and higher education with a clear and valued signal of students’ STEM knowledge and skills, as well as their ability to further excel in such fields.

The Postsecondary Workforce Readiness Endorsed Diploma (PWR Endorsed Diploma) identifies students who have exceeded basic high school graduation requirements and serves as a stamp of college and career readiness.  The endorsement indicates that a student has met the state benchmarks and performance indicators listed below and designates the student ready for life after high school graduation.
