Englewood Schools' Graduation Requirements
Englewood values a comprehensive high school experience where students have multiple opportunities to explore a variety of interests in addition to completing a rigorous core academic program. Students are encouraged, counseled and guided to pursue a challenging and well-rounded academic program that exceeds the minimum requirements in preparation for meaningful postsecondary opportunities.
Per state statute, Englewood Schools engaged community stakeholders in the process of updating graduation requirements for the graduating class of 2021 and beyond. In February 2017, the Englewood Board of Education officially adopted new graduation requirements,
Board Policy IKF-2021, that went into effect with the 2017-2018 freshman class.
