There are a variety of engaging CTE courses offered to high school students to prepare learners for career and college readiness. The classes combine academic standards, relevant and rigorous technical career content, and 21st Century learning and skills. Many of these courses are offered for college credit or will allow the student to earn a professional certificate upon the completion of the program.
CTE courses are structured around the Colorado Career Cluster Model grouping careers into six industry sectors:
Englewood students have access to CTE courses in each of the industry sectors. View the complete list of CTE Course Offerings with course descriptions, fees, locations, and other important details. CTE classes are offered on the Englewood High School (video) and Colorado's Finest High School of Choice campuses. Englewood also partners with neighboring school districts through a CTE Consortium that allows students to access CTE courses offered at other high schools.
Please contact your student's high school counselor or the Englewood CTE Google site to learn more about participating in Career & Technical Education programs.
