Food Support Update for Englewood Families

We know the federal government shutdown may be causing concern, but food support for our families continues — and help is available if you need it.

  • School Meals: Students will still receive free, healthy meals at school every day.
  • WIC & SNAP: WIC is open and fully funded through October 31, and October SNAP benefits have already been issued.
  • Need Food Now?

Englewood Schools Family Resource Center
Open 10 AM–4 PM, the first Wednesday of each month at Colorado’s Finest High School of Choice, 300 W. Chenango Ave. Families can pick up food, hygiene items, and school supplies.

Want to Help?
If your family would like to support others, the Family Resource Center gladly accepts donations of:

  • Nonperishable food items
  • Hygiene products
  • New school supplies

Donations can be dropped off during open hours or by contacting the Family Resource Center for other arrangements. Every item makes a difference for our neighbors!

Our schools and community are here for one another — together, we can make sure every family feels supported and cared for.
