Facility Rentals
Dear Clients,
We are excited to announce that we are reopening facility rentals and look forward to taking your requests.
All rental requests must be submitted through the rental website and will be approved in the order they are received. To avoid delays, please refrain from emailing requests as we will only take them via the scheduling site.
Due to staffing limitations, we will be implementing new rules. Your cooperation will help ensure a successful year for your events and our staff.
New rules for this year:

Holiday weekends will be unavailable for rentals. Our staff do not get paid Overtime for holiday weeks, so out of respect for their time we will not make them work additional hours on these weekends.

School breaks (spring, fall, and winter) will also not be available as these periods are needed for them to catch up on cleaning and rest. Unavailable dates will be marked on the calendar.

We require at least one week's notice to use the facilities. Same-week or same-day requests will not be approved.
