Yes masks are required. Social distancing will be enforced as possible.

In order to make sure we have consistent class sizes and staffing, students will only be able to switch learning environments at semester.

We rely on the state to tell us which vaccines are required. At this time, COVID-19 vaccines are not required by the state and therefore are not required for students at our schools. We will communicate with families if this changes.

Yes, we will support students with plans in learning online. Students who are on plans will receive individualized support from appropriate personnel. Please note, online learning is not ideal for every student, regardless of plan status. Some students will thrive online, and some do better in an in-person environment. However, having a plan is not a barrier to choosing online learning. 

High school programs for online learning will be offered indefinitely as we know there are some students who prefer online learning. 

Yes. We are planning to have all students in grades K-12 who are in-person attend full time, five days a week. High school students can choose a hybrid option, but the default will be 5 days a week in-person.

High school students may have some classes taught by Englewood High School teachers but the vast majority will be done through the Edgenuity platform with personalized support from Englewood teachers. 

No. We will not have a separate K-12 eLearning school like we had in 2021-2022. 

Both Englewood High School and Colorado's Finest High School of Choice will offer classes through Englewood High School. The program will include Edgenuity classes with EHS teachers supporting and checking in on students as they progress.

The hybrid option for high school students will be a way for in-person students to supplement their schedule to suit their unique scheduling, content or credit needs.

We are asking families to choose the most likely option in our 2021-2022 learning options survey that we will send out after spring break. This is so we can begin to plan staffing and programming appropriately. Families will have the opportunity to change their minds up until school starts in August.

Due to low interest, only Englewood High School is offering online learning. High school students from CFHSC will need to enroll at EHS for online learning. 

Students that are new to the district will be able to select their learning preference during online registration. Parents or guardians of returning students will receive an individualized survey in their email to indicate their learning preference. 

Please note, in addition to filling out the learning preference survey, parents or guardians will need to complete the online registration process for their student at their students NORMAL school of attendance.

No, we will not be offering an online options to preschool, elementary or middle school students based on low interest from parents.
