Emergency work orders should be phoned into the office for immediate follow-up at 303-472-4226. An emergency is defined as anything that is an immediate safety hazard, will have an immediate negative impact on instruction or other essential operations, or something that will immediately cause damage to other systems or components.
Once a work order is assigned it generally will be addressed in less than 72 hours.
