Concurrent Enrollment Forms & Resources

Each college requires their own unique enrollment forms.  Please see your high school counselor to ensure you are completing the correct forms. 

High School Campus Concurrent Enrollment

For students taking classes on the high school campus through Arapahoe Community College (ACC), complete the following steps:

  1. Ask your counselor or Concurrent Enrollment teacher for your SASID (unique state school ID number). This is needed for completing Step 4. 

  2. Check to see if the CE course has any pre-requisites which may require test score reports or transcripts. If needed, request copies of these from your counselor. You will have to upload these when completing Step 4.

  3. Apply for admissions to Arapahoe Community College. Take special note of your student ID number (S number); it will be emailed within 3 to 4 business days to the personal email address you provide in the application. You will need the S number for Step 4. Also, provide your Concurrent Enrollment teacher with your S number.

  4. Complete the online ACC Concurrent Enrollment Agreement form

  5. Have your parent and counselor sign the Concurrent Enrollment Parent/Counselor Permission Form and submit to your counselor.

*Students taking Concurrent Enrollment through the ProStart program will receive their Metropolitan State University paperwork directly from the teacher.

College Campus Concurrent Enrollment

For students taking classes on the Arapahoe Community College (ACC) campus, complete the following steps:

  1. Ask your counselor for your SASID (unique state school ID number). This is needed for completing Step 4. 

  2. Check to see if the CE course has any pre-requisites which may require test score reports or transcripts. If needed, request copies of these from your counselor. You will have to upload these when completing Step 4.

  3. Apply for admissions to Arapahoe Community College. Take special note of your student ID number
    (S number); it will be emailed to the personal email address you provide in the application within 3 to 4 business days. You will need the S number for Step 2. 

  4. Complete the online ACC Concurrent Enrollment Agreement form

  5. Print and complete these additional required forms and submit your counselor.

  6. Have your parent and counselor sign the following forms and submit to your counselor:
    College Campus Concurrent Enrollment Promissory Note
    College Campus Concurrent Enrollment Student/Parent Contract

*Students taking Concurrent Enrollment at any college other than ACC need to work directly with their counselor to obtain and complete the correct paperwork.

High School Teachers in Englewood wishing to teach CE classes for ACC

Please complete the following application and submit to your ACC Concurrent Enrollment Specialist along with a copy of your current resume and all college transcripts.
