Project Timelines

Englewood Schools has partnered with CBRE for project management of this multi-school construction endeavor.
 

Charles Hay students move into their new building in August of 2018.

The old Charles Hay will be demolished and grounds work completed in fall of 2018.
 

Clayton students move into their new building in August 2018.

Cherrelyn students will go to school in the old Clayton building for the 2018-2019 school year. They will go to new Cherrelyn for the 2019-2020 school year.

In fall of 2019, old Clayton will be demolished and the grounds work will be completed.
 

Maddox students move into their new building in January of 2019.

Bishop students will go to school in the old Maddox building beginning in January 2019. Bishop students will go to the new Bishop in January of 2020.

The old Maddox building will be demolished and the grounds work completed in spring 2020.

Charles Hay World School:
  • Ground Breaking Ceremony: May 11, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
  • Start of Construction: May 26, 2017
  • Building Complete: Early August 2018
 
Clayton Elementary:
  • Ground Breaking Ceremony: May 22, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
  • Start of Construction:  June 19, 2017
  • Building Complete: Mid August 2018
