Teacher Evaluation Process will Open in March 2015.
Admin-Pro-Tech Evaluation Process will Open in April 2015.
Steps involved with the Year End Evaluation:
Step 1: Employee Completes Self Evaluation
Step 2: Supervisor Completes Final Evaluation & Meets with Employee for Year End Conference
Step 3: Employee Acknowledgment/Opportunity for Rebuttal and Electronic Signature
Step 4: Supervisor Electronic Signature
Step 5: Second Level Supervisor Electronic Signature
Due Dates for Specific Tasks are Listed in Halogen to the Right of the Task to be Completed. These due dates assist with the timely completion of the entire process.
Remember to Save Early and Save Often. When you have completed the task and want the process to move forward, click Complete.
One final opportunity: As in the past, Administrator 360s will collect anonymous feedback to drive continuous growth and development. The 360s will open in March 2015.
